Joe Samnik has been named as an expert witness in over 800 litigation matters which include product liability, wrongful death and personal injury. He has been qualified to testify in civil, criminal, eminent domain, and federal courts of law. Joe is a past president of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals and the founding president of the Florida Chapter, ISA. He has been granted Provider Status by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida to provide continuing education to landscape architects including soil sciences in 19 states. Joe has presented at over 95 state and regional conferences.Joe is also recognized as a provider for legal continuing education for attorneys regarding tree related issues. He is entering his 51st year of private practice.
